  Typical McDonald's with staff on auto pilot. Food looked nothing like the menu. Consistency is a big issue.

  It couldnt possibly get any worse than this McDonald's. First off i drive into the driveway for drivethru to quickly look at the menu where i am asked "what would you like" no Hi or hello could i take your order, so i respond "hi im just having a quick look at the menu sorry" to which i get the response "yep". After around 10-15 seconds I then say "hi can i order now?" Angain "yep" i say "can i please get a kids meal with a cheese burger and another with 6 nuggets and 1 boys toy and 1 girls toy" response is "what drink" i ask for two juices they tell me to drive to the first window, i drive around and pay then told to move to the next window, i move up and wait for around 1 minute before someone comes to the wjndow and tells me to move up to the McCafe window and they will serve me there, once again i drive forward and wait 4 minutes go past and they come to the window with a coffee. I tell the guy thats not for me and he gives me a look like man dont you know what you ordered the huffs closes the window and walks off. I wait for another two minutes then another guy comes to the window and asks me to drive to the waiting bay to which i reply "for what a couple of happy meals i have been waiting for more than five minute already". He looks at me with a pissed look and says "yeah! head to the waiting bay and we will bring your food out". My response "forget it cancel the order and refund my card"while holding my card out for him, he closes the window and walks away. 30 seconds later the store manager comes over and says"whats the problem" he is very lucky my daughter was in the car with me so i settle myself and tell him again to cancel the order and credit my card for the purchase. He then tells me that its easier just to give me the cash when he walks of then comes back with my money and no apology. So we drive off to the McDonalds on eastlink and order the same where we are charged around a dollar less and receive it with no fuss.
  
  Unless the staff at this place get the training they so desperately need the only customers here will be the uneducated or out of towners.
  
  DO NOT GO HERE. IF THEY CANT HANDLE A SMALL ORDER OF 2 HAPPY MEALS WHAT ARE THEY GETTING UP TO IN THE KITCHEN????
