- Kim Chounding Added April 04, 2018★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆We have had 5 homes in 5 years Miele in every home and experience coffee machines and microwaves always breaking down. Try and get service at Miele wait 1/2 hour on the phone to talk to someone and then weeks to get someone to come out. Ask yourself why are the getting so many calls must be lots of faults. After a 2 week wait to fix both of our microwave units stopped working at the same time. Still have not seen anybody after 3 phone calls 30 minute wait each time. We decided to remove all the Miele appliances and replace them with another brand. Atrocious service. Never buying Miele again.
