  I saw Dr Joe Zhou for a checkup last week. He is the most gentle and honest dentist I've ever seen!! He explained all my problems so clearly! I would not hesitate to recommend Joe to my family and friends:)

  1 star is one star to many, I wanted no stars but had no choice, even the rating think this dentist is worst h at least 1 star.
  
  One of the worst experiences I have had with a dentist. I my bridge came loose, so I went to see Joe, and I could not believe my luck, what amazing customer service this practice has, they could not do enough for me, could not have made me feel like the customer experience as service was a priority to them. Then I met the dentist, he advised I need to have root canal done on one of my teeth and would refer me to a root canal specialist, when I said, the most important part of my visit was to get my bridge fixed, he mentioned I would need to so to oral specialist - does this man not do anything with a specialists permission. Then he proceeded to cemented the bridge in place, which was put in screw, then I had to go back to get the bridge filed down to fit my mouth as it was now cemented in place and could not come out, it has been 2 months, the bridge has now come louse again, as it was not placed correctly the 1st time, I have been to another dentist to try and get this rectified, but they can't remove the bridge without damaging the posts into my gums, I now have a loose screw bridge, I can't close my moth, I cant eat, pissed off does not describe how I feel, now potentially the damage that has been done to the post because I have been trying to loosen the bridge is so bad, I will need titanium posts, a new bridge which if I am lucky will cost $21 000, I am so angry at this dentist, I cant tell you the pain and discomfort I have been in since seeing "Dr Joe",
